ABOUT US A company that
sees schizophrenia treatment differently

Minerva is focused on restoring key aspects of quality of life for people living with schizophrenia by addressing one of the most disabling aspects of the disorder: negative symptoms.

about hero man smiling

The effects of negative symptoms, which include loss of motivation, anhedonia, and emotional blunting, can prevent patients from maintaining relationships, attending school, holding a job, and other rewarding aspects of day-to-day life.

We are advancing roluperidone (MIN-101) as a monotherapy designed specifically to target these symptoms, which have historically received less attention in schizophrenia treatment.

Supported by multiple randomized controlled trials, we have the only investigational medicine to demonstrate the ability to significantly improve these primary negative symptoms.

OUR MISSION

To enable people with schizophrenia to re-engage in their lives, communities, and society as a whole.

OUR TEAM

We are driven by the large areas of unmet need in CNS disorders including the lack of available treatments for the primary negative symptoms of schizophrenia. Our team brings deep expertise in neuropsychiatry, clinical pharmacology, and CNS drug development, as well as a shared commitment to turning that science into tangible change for patients.
