Jim O’Connor

Mr. O’Connor joined Minerva in April 2026, with over 25 years of legal and business leadership experience in multiple industries including life sciences. Immediately prior to joining Minerva, he served at Axena Health in progressive roles including Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel and led the company’s legal, IP, compliance, finance, regulatory, and strategic transactions. He began his career as a corporate associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault in Boston. Mr. O’Connor holds a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Economics from Boston College.
